Prior to working with a vendor we must first establish the technology risk level and get approval from IT and includest the following steps:
1. Download "Vendor Risk Questionnaire" located on the bottom right hand side of the screen.
2. Work with Vendor to complete questionnaire
3.Click the 'New Technology Vendor' button on the upper right had side of the screen, complete & submit the form.
4. After submission, WC IT will pick up your request, complete the vendor risk assessment and provide an outcome. Visibility of the status of your submission can be seen by accessing Services->Project Requests->Click the Request Name.
