What Is It?

OnBase is an enterprise content platform and is used across the county by all departments in some fashion.  In many instances it is through a line of business integration so you may not even realize you are interacting with OnBase.  OnBase is a content (data, documents and media) repository and a full workflow automation platform.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

Any Wright County employee who identify an issue.

Where Can I Get It?

A Request is the starting point for all issues. This form serves as a starting point for gathering necessary information on the issue.  This information helps determine the best course of action for addressing your issue.

How Do I Use It?

Please select the "Report a Problem" button on the right-hand side of this page to complete and submit the form specific to your issue.  After the form has been submitted, a WC resource will be assigned to resolve your issue.  After submission, please use 'Ticket Requests' and 'My Tickets' views on this Client Portal to access the current status and details.
