What Is It?
OnBase is a county sanctioned enterprise content platform designed for managing information, business processes and case data. OnBase centralizes information (data, documents and media) and automates business processes through workflow. An enterprise solution enabling collaboration across departmental boundaries and reducing silos of information.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?
Any Wright County employee who identifies a need for Enterprise Content Management enhancements or usage should contact their department leadership, who can then submit a Project Request.
Where Can I Get It?
A Request is the starting point for all projects, including initiatives relating to Enterprise Content Management. Depending on the type of work, there may be levels of approval required in order to complete this request. This form serves as a starting point for gathering necessary information on the scope, schedule, and resources requirements for the work as well as validating Sponsor approval of the request. This information helps determine the best course of action for addressing your request.

How Do I Use It?
Complete the Project Request Form on the following page and answer all related questions specific to your project. After the form has been submitted, a WC PPM resource will contact you to gather additional information and work with you on the remainder of the project intake process.
